Melbourne Chevrolet-Why purchase from Melbourne Chevrolet

Good morning, over the last 10 blogs, I have tried to educate you on Melbourne Chevrolet, who we are and what we do. I have explained issues such as purchasing a new Chevrolet and how to go about it, to our Employer/Employee Benefit Program, Our Story, and what is up and coming in our Commercial Truck Division. Think I have covered allot in a very short period of time. But that is only part of it, for those reading my blog it is very important to The Team at Melbourne that we hear the "voice of the customer" This allows us to see things from your perspective.I have said over and over if for without the customer we have nothing. It's important that you the customer or the potential customer give us your opinion or feedback about experiences you may have had when visiting a car dealership, or experiences you had when visiting ours.

The Team at Melbourne Chevrolet is here and ready to serve, we strongly feel that we have put solid business practices in place to ensure that when you contact or visit our store, you will have the "best experience" ever when doing business with Melbourne Chevrolet. Once again, the Team and I strongly feel that we are "the place to due business" and were proud of it.

I am not going to try to sell you anything, I am going to give you straight forward answers to your direct questions. Earning your business and trust is the key to our success, and in order to do so, we need to understand your wants and needs. Why try to direct you to a vehicle that you don't want, why tell you your vehicle needs $500 worth of service work without explaining what we have found, why it needs to be replaced, and offer you the customer to view what we have found. This business has evolved over many years, many dealerships believe in smoke and mirrors. Why ? Its simple they just want to sell you a vehicle and go on to the next person, to the majority of them your just a number. I want to sell you all your vehicles, forever. I want you to come to Melbourne Chevrolet for all your automotive needs, I want you to go out and tell people that Melbourne Chevrolet really is the "place to do business".
